nacc: it's in the custom-ivy2 local repo which is enabled on the project properties
fduplex: right, but that's fine, as long as it's not 'unmet'
nacc: yes I can build locally just fine
fduplex: right, but not in the jcenter
fduplex: that's what you were getting a 404 error for, though
no that's what I expected
fduplex: you would then get a 404 error when trying to do'resolve()' in build.sbt
but the project properties can still build
but it's a damn mess
fduplex: the last time i used ivy, that was all that could be done
